Randal A. Morse
Randal A. Morse (50) of Couch was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff's Office on 10/09/2012 at 8:41 P.M. Morse was released with a summons for Driving While Intoxicated-Prior Offender.


On 10-10-2012, The Oregon County Sheriff's Office issued Minor in Possession of Intoxicants-Consumption citations to: Nicole Jones (19) of Alton, Zachary G. Revelle (18) of Koshkonong, and Brittney N. Bettis (18) of West Plains. Heath R. Vandiver (25) of West Plains was issued a citation for Supplying Liquor to a Minor during the same incident.

On 10-10-2012, Blayze L. Freeman of Alton was incarcerated in the Oregon County Jail to serve a 10 day sentence for Possession of Marijuana. Blayze L. Freeman 
On 10-11-2012, The Oregon County Sheriff's Office transported Steven Oberbeck to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a four year sentence for burglary and stealing.  
 

On 10-12-2012, Officers from the Oregon County Sheriff's Office and the Alton Police Department arrested Timothy C. Graham at 10:38 A.M. at a residence in Alton. Graham was arrested on two Failure to Appear (Burglary, Theft/Stealing) warrants. A Probation Violation (Receiving Stolen Property) warrant was also served on Graham later the same day. Graham remains incarcerated in the Oreegon County Jail.
