  Benjamin R. Sims (36) of Thayer was incarcerated in the Oregon County Jail on 11/01/2012 to serve a court ordered 30 day sentence for Driving While Intoxicated.

On 11/03/2012 at 6:06 P.M., the Oregon County Sheriff's Office and the Alton Police Department arrested Jacob Shane Burmingham (27) of Alton and Heather Jo Wilcox (19) of Alton. Burmingham was arrested on 6 outstanding warrants and remains in the Oregon County Jail on $16,050.00 cash only bond. Wilcox posted bond on 5 warrants and was released.

Nicholas D. Jaroszenski
On 11/03/2012, the Oregon County Sheriff's Office transported Nicholas D. Jaroszenski (34) of Alton on a warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Jaroszenski posted bond on 11/04/2012.  
  The Oregon County Sheriff's Office issued citations to George Alan Nelson (44) of Hardy on 11/04/2012 at 11:40 A.M. for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Driving while Revoked/Suspended, and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.  
  Mancoeur Hart (27) of Alton received a citation from the Oregon County Sheriff's Office on 11/04/2012 at 10:15 P.M. for No Valid Operators License.  
  On 11/05/2012, the Oregon County Sheriff's Office issued a citation to Edward Marshal Brown (45) of Thayer for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.  
  On 11/06/2012, the Oregon County Sheriff's Office issued citations to Christopher Columbus Russell, JR (18) of Koshkonong for Operating a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  
  Robert Steele (54) was transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections on 11/06/2012 by the Oregon County Sheriff's Office. Steele was sentenced to 15 years for Involuntary Manslaughter and 7 years for Assault 2nd Degree to run consecutive. Steele's cases were a change of venue from Ripley County.
